Yorkshire Pudding Wraps Stuffed With Christmas Dinner Are Coming To A Lunch Break Near You

Say goodbye to bread because the only way to eat your lunch this winter is wrapped in everyone’s favourite roast dinner component: a Yorkshire pudding.

High street chain EAT has created the ultimate festive snack – an entire roast dinner wrapped in the comforting folds of a giant Yorkshire pud.

The festive wrap contains your key Christmas dinner ingredients, including turkey, sage and onion stuffing and crispy bacon, served alongside sage mayonnaise and cranberry sauce.

It’s the brainchild of ‘MasterChef: The Professionals’ finalist Arnaud Kaziewicz and will be available in stores across the UK from 7 November, with prices starting at £4.99.

Kaziewicz isn’t the first chef to realise a Yorkshire pudding can make the perfect vessel for a roast dinner.

Last year British brand The York Roast Co found global fame thanks to a viral BBC video showcasing their Yorkshire pudding burrito (or wrap). Unlike EAT’s offering, the company uses Yorkshires to encase an entire roast dinner, including lashings of gravy.

If Yorkshire puddings don’t take your fancy, EAT’s festive menu includes a pot of pigs in blankets (from £2.75), mini yule logs (from (£1.75) and mini stollen bites (from £1.75), as well as your standard offering of turkey and cranberry sandwiches. It really is the most wonderful time of the year.
