Harry Styles’ New Song ‘Medicine’ Is Being Hailed As A Bisexual Anthem

Harry Styles has delighted fans with his latest new track, ‘Medicine’, with many already calling it a “bisexual anthem”.

The former One Direction star is currently midway through a European tour, and debuted ‘Medicine’ earlier this week during a show in Paris.

Footage of the performance was swiftly shared online by various concert-goers, much to the joy of fans who weren’t able to attend his tour:

Fans online have singled out one lyric in particular – “The boys and the girls are here / I mess around with him / And I’m OK with it.” – for praise, calling for a studio version to be released:

When asked about his sexuality in the past, Harry has always maintained that he prefers not to label himself.

“I don’t feel like it’s something I’ve ever felt like I have to explain about myself,” he told the Sun in May 2017.

Praising stars including Miley Cyrus, who has discussed being pansexual, Harry added: “Being in a creative field, it’s important to be progressive. People doing stuff like that is great.

“It’s weird for me — everyone should just be who they want to be. It’s tough to justify somebody having to answer to someone else about stuff like that.”

Harry began his current tour – his first as a solo artist – in September last year, and his gigs have repeatedly being praised for serving as safe spaces for young women and LGBT+ people.

He has frequently taken to the stage with flags representing different groups within the LGBT+ community.
