Netflix’s new horror series The Haunting of Bly Manor is full of twists and turns, but one real-life revelation has shocked fans more than anything in the show.
Many have worked out why the series’ young character Flora seems so familiar – she’s actually the voice of Peppa Pig.
Nine-year-old star Amelie Bea Smith plays Flora Wingrave in Bly Manor, who just so happens to bring everyone’s favourite animated pig to life.
The familiarity of Amelie’s voice had many viewers struggling to place where they recognised it from, but when they came to the realisation their minds were blown…
Netflix even tweeted about it too…
Amelie took over the role of Peppa Pig from previous actor Harley Bird in January.
She is the fourth actor to lend her voice to the famous pig since the beloved kids cartoon launched in 2004.
The Haunting of Bly Manor debuted on Netflix last week and quickly became one of the streaming service’s most popular shows over the weekend.
The horror drama is loosely based on Henry James’ 1898 novella The Turn Of The Screw, which tells the story of a governess who, caring for two children at a remote estate, becomes convinced that the grounds are haunted.
It is also the follow-up series to The Haunting of Hill House and the second entry in The Haunting anthology series, with many of the cast of The Haunting of Hill House returning to play different characters in the new series.
