Big Brother fans are in for a double dose of nostalgia on Davina McCall and Rylan Clark-Neal’s new highlights series, as Channel 4 has just announced some surprise new additions.

Fellow BB presenters Emma Willis and Dermot O’Leary will be joining the reality series’ 20th anniversary celebrations, making TV history in the process.

It will be the first time both sets of presenting duos will come together (albeit virtually), as they discuss the juiciest and most memorable episodes of Big Brother ever.

BB hosts from across its 18 series will come together for Big Brother: Best Shows Ever

Dermot and Emma will join Davina and Rylan in the first episode on Sunday, as well as contributing to episodes across the series.

Emma, who hosted Big Brother on Channel 5 from 2013 to 2018, said: “It’s no secret that I’m a mega fan of the show so it was so fun to reminisce about all of the incredible moments from BB over the years.”

Former Big Brother’s Little Brother host Dermot, who fronted the spin-off from 2001 to 2008, said: “Just under 20 years ago I started working on a show named Big Brother. 20 years on, it’s still one of the most talked about reality shows of all time, and I’m so excited to take a walk down memory lane and come together with Davina, Rylan and Emma to reminisce.”

Big Brother: Best Shows Ever will mark the return of the franchise to its original broadcaster Channel 4 – airing on its digital station E4 – following Channel 5′s decision to axe it in 2018.

Davina hosted Big Brother and its celebrity spin-off from its inception in 2000 until the show was picked up by Channel 5 after the 2010 series.

Rylan Clark-Neal and Emma Willis worked together on Channel 5's version of Big Brother

While former winner Brian Dowling succeed her as the main presenter, he was replaced by Emma in 2013, after she had spent two years fronting spin-off Bit On The Side.

Rylan took over at the helm of BBBOTS after winning the 11th celebrity series in February 2013.

Big Brother: Best Shows Ever starts Sunday 14 June at 9pm on E4 and will air from Sunday to Thursday for two weeks.
