The number of people who have died in the UK after testing positive forcoronavirus has risen to 32,065 – an increase of 210 over 24 hours.
This is the third week the government’s daily announcement has included people in care homes and the community, rather than just in hospital, who have died.
But only those who had tested positive for Covid-19 are included, meaning anyone who died with a suspected case won’t be recorded.
The figures cover the period up to 5pm on Sunday.
It comes after the number of people who have died in hospitals after contracting the virus rose by 222 in a slightly different 24-hour period.
That increase consisted of 209 in England, five in Scotland, five in Wales and three in Northern Ireland.

Meanwhile, in the 24 hours up to 9am on Monday, 100,490 people were tested for coronavirus. It is the first time since May 1 that the government has met its self-imposed target of 100,000 daily tests. It blamed a technical issue that saw the figure drop as low as 70,000 in the days since.
