Crufts Winner Maisie The Wire Haired Dachshund Celebrates Winning Best In Show… By Having A Massive Poo

This year’s Crufts champion Maisie the Wire Haired Dachshund’s celebration after winning Best in Show couldn’t have been more dog if it tried.

Yes she there was a victory lap, but there was also a really big poo.

Maisie the Wire-haired Dachshund winner of Best in Show 2020 at the Birmingham National with her owner Kim McCalmont at the Exhibition Centre (NEC) during the Crufts Dog Show.

Well nothing says ‘I’m a winner, baby’ than taking a massive dump in front of a packed arena and millions of dog-loving viewers watching at home, does it?

The incident couldn’t even faze Maisie’s proud-as-punch trainer Kim McCalmont who took it all in her stride and calmly got rid of the evidence.

Crufts viewers were impressed…

Around 26,000 dogs took part in the four-day event at the NEC in Birmingham and Maisie beat seven finalists to be crowned Best in Show, including Pixie the Kerry Blue Terrier, Frankie the Miniature Poodle, Pablo the Bichon Frise, Elsie the Irish Setter, Drago the Bull Mastiff, and Zokni, the Old English Sheepdog.

Crufts presenter Scarlett Moffatt interviewed Kim after the win and said: “I think that might be the most expensive poo ever taken. Are you going to sell it on eBay?”

“Well, it’s stuck on the bottom of your shoe,” Kim replied.

Scarlett replied: “I might take it home and put it on eBay.. the champion’s poo.”
