Two Teenagers Charged Over Death Of Mark Winchombe, 58, In South Wales

Two boys have been charged in connection with the death of a man in South Wales.

Mark Winchombe, 58, died following an alleged assault at about 12.55am on September 1 in Neath.

A 16-year-old boy has been charged with manslaughter and affray while another 16-year-old boy has been charged with affray.

They have been released on police bail and will appear before Swansea Youth Court on September 19.

Six teenage boys were initially arrested following the alleged incident on Main Road, Skewen.

A spokeswoman for South Wales Police said: “Two 16-year-olds and two 14-year-olds have been released on police bail.”
