Piers Morgan Pays Tribute After Manager John Ferriter Dies Aged 59

Piers Morgan has paid tribute to his manager John Ferriter, who has died at the age of 59.

The Good Morning Britain presenter shared his condolences on Twitter, posting a picture of himself and John.

“RIP John Ferriter, 59,” Piers wrote. “My brilliant manager and ferociously loyal, kind, charismatic & supremely talented friend.

“I trusted him with my life, and he enriched my life so much. Thank you John, for everything you did for me, and for my family.”

John died on Thursday at Cedars Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles, Variety previously reported, adding that the cause of death was complications from pancreatitis.

He worked for William Morris Agency, one of the most prominent management companies in Hollywood.

He was also a singer with the band Stingrays, who have opened for acts including R.E.M. and Guns & Roses.

John’s television production credits include ITV’s Name That Tune and a number of programmes that aired on MTV in the US.
