After Aperol Spritz’s fall from grace last week, Malibu has launched a rival drink in a bid to win over our hearts this summer.
Strawberry Spritz is a concoction of strawberry and coconut flavours and sounds incredibly sweet – more like something we would have swigged over the park as teenagers.
For those who do have a sweet tooth, it’ll be available exclusively at Tesco, costing £9.50 for a 75cl bottle. It’s cheaper than the classic stuff, which costs £15 for 70cl.
It’s not the first time Malibu has flirted with fruity flavours, you can also sip on its passionfruit flavoured rum, along with the Pina Colada and Coconut Rum & Pineapple cocktails in a can.
