Jaden Moodie Murder: Teenager Appears In Court Charged With Killing 14-Year-Old

A teenager has appeared in court charged with the murder of 14-year-old Jaden Moodie.

Ayoub Majdouline, 18, appeared in the dock at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Monday.

Majdouline, of Lily Gardens in Wembley, north west London, spoke to confirm his address, date of birth and nationality as British.

Moodie was stabbed to death on January 8 in Leyton, east London, after a group of five men in a black Mercedes rammed him off a moped, police believe.

Three of the men are thought to have got out of the vehicle before the 14-year-old was knifed, then all five suspects fled in the car.

Majdouline, dressed in a grey tracksuit, is also charged with possession of a bladed article, namely a knife.

He was remanded in custody to appear at the Old Bailey on Wednesday.
