In this edition of Walks Around Britain, I take a challenging walk to the summit of Silver How in the Lake District, and Leah Hather has a bimble around Fishlake, near Doncaster. Silver How Certainly not one of the highest mountains in the Lake District, Silver How still is a bit of a challenge – and getting to the summit was no mean feat when I attempted! Fishlake Leah Hather’s walk around the village of Fishlake was a lot different – Fishlake is a couple of miles outside Doncaster, in South Yorkshire, and is mainly on the flat, It also has a lot of history, as Leah finds out on the walk.
